Our stay was great, the place is beautiful. The reception quickly cleared up a booking issue and gave us a free upgrade which was just the icing on top, thank you Faiz. I can’t understate how lovely and friendly all the staff are, but special appreciation to Hedra from the Lounge bar who looked after us and even helped with my sunburn, also big thanks to Amir, a buggy driver, who always stopped for a friendly chat. The staff at cinnamon restaurant and the food truck were also just above and beyond. We were truly looked after.

Good vallet and luggage service, even though we misplaced our vallet id they didnt hesitate to assist us and show us our key.

Could not fault our stay at this hotel and would return at the drop of a hat! Here’s the Lounge Bar is one of the most attentive, friendly and welcoming bar tenders I have ever come across! He could not do enough for us and really made our holiday that bit extra special! An absolute pleasure! Thank you Hedra! Everything he recommended was exactly to our taste and definitely make sure you book Basilico as you will not regret it!

Such a beautiful and wonderful property with 100% guest satisfaction approach, quick response to Guest services, very professional front office team especially Anastasia and all the buggy riders, our queries were attended in a very professional way and within 10 minutes. Had an amazing time at this place. Extremely beautiful, the staff is very friendly and attentive. Special thanks to the bartender Hedra at the Launge bar. His drinks are the best in all the bars in hotel! The bar is a bit farther than the one in the lobby and not a lot of people go there, but my advice - go there!
