Request to switch to a higher floor. Mr. Karim from the front desk immediately took action and changed the room. It was quick and very smooth.

Upon arrival frontdesk was very helpful, efficient with special thanks to Rahul, who made our stay unforgettable. The staff is very friendly and thoughtful pays attention to details. Room was very clean, light and spacious Also breakfastbuffet was excellent. Different cuisines and a lot of options

The staff were very friendly on arrival and the lobby is very grand and clean. The location of the hotel is by the motorway but is only 10/15 minutes away from all main attractions. There are taxis outside all the time, and the staff are very good at flagging them over. The pool area was a disappointment for us as there is no sun on it all day, there is large terrace and a bar area but has table and chairs , I would recommend changing this area into a sunbed area rather than seating , as least it has some sun. The rooms are very spacious which was very nice, however we did have to keep asking for more tissue and they missed cleaning our room a couple of times. However they supplied lots of water and were very attentive when we asked to clean the room. Breakfast is good . I think this hotel is very good value for money , but I wouldn’t stay again due to the shaded pool area. Thank you to all the friendly staff .
