“One of my favourite hotels”

I love the beautiful coral, a big variety of fish and a large zone to relax. The food quality and choice have been significantly increased, for that I would like to thank the team in the restaurant. The staff are very hospirable and friendly. Despite of the big tourist flow this time, it seems like there is enough attention to everybody. Staying in Rotana is unforgettable for me.

“Grand Rotana Sharm - Wonderful Hotel and Great Staff”

The most beautiful resort. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, they would do anything for you and always wanted to check that you were happy. We have four very special staff to point out: Mustafa who was our main server in the Sky Bar. What a hero, we did not have to do anything, he would always care and look after us and most importantly he was so proud to work for the hotel and to make sure the guests were happy. Our second thanks is to Aymen who was our room attendant. He was such a lovely individual who made our room so clean, comfortable and special to live in. He would always make wonderful designs with towels and decorate the room with rose petals. Again, his first concern was making sure that we were happy and that everything was good with our room. Our third thanks is to Mr Omelette chef who made “special” omelettes, always with great humour and passion. The fourth person is Inna who we spoke to in advance of the holiday but also when in the hotel, again, such a lovely member of staff who was so helpful and ensured we had a great time. We feel bad to only pick four staff but there are so many to mention, the entertainment team, all reception staff, bar staff and every employee in every restaurant were so welcoming and warm and proud that you had visited Egypt. We will certainly return, we benefitted from the a la carte upgrades as we preferred a la carte than the scrum within the main restaurant, not the fault of the staff but guests from other countries who could be very rude, which was not nice to see. We also took the shuttle service to Naama Bay which was clean, comfortable and on time. We will certainly be coming back to see you all.

“Wonderful holiday with some small notes to make it exceptional”

The structure in which we are hosted is certainly of a very high standard. Care and attention from the beginning to the end of your stay! If we want to think in points: a) structure and rooms: excellent grade both in terms of care and quantity of locations where you can relax, eat and do recreational and sports activities. b) Ramses restaurant buffet: great variety of food and great service. From Italian and 'improvable pasta but on meat, fish, desserts, breakfast really high level. c) Thematic restaurants: Palm Beach, crescent perhaps the sore note of the experience. Limited menu and especially the crescent is not an Italian restaurant. The advice is not to call it an Italian restaurant or make truly Italian dishes. Some examples: pasta Alfredo (which is from an Italian American, is not made with chicken and mushrooms or the cut meat is not made with veal but with beef and especially without sauce, the rooster is not made with sauce but cooked on the grill) Vote to the preparation of dishes not enough. d) Franco-Red animation: excellent both in terms of welcoming Salvatore but above all the care of Sofia and Alessia who guided us in the activities and support from morning to night. Attentive animation, engaging enough and friendly. Top! e) evening activities at the Sky bar: there were singers and shows really good level .. too bad that often the sound system did not work and the various singers were not able to complete their performances. It is strongly recommended to take care of the mixer so as not to frustrate the excellent performances of the singers. f) gym and SPA : good level but in my opinion for such a structure should be renovated the spa which is outdated and the gym changed many equipment which are obviously worn out. Good level but not very good. g) ISIS bar: the drinks and what is proposed are quite good but there is a waiter who is really rude and listless, the only one in the whole structure. H) reception and porter: very good rating. Thanks for the nice experience with the little tips I recommended could be excellent. Overall thank you for the pleasant experience

“Grand Rotana is our second family”

It’s really our second family- Grand Rotana! Thank you for unforgettable moments and the atmosphere while our Christmas vacation! Mr. Mohamed Hegazy and Mr. Ahmed Omara are beyond of the hospitality measures! They fill out staying in Rotana full of positive emotions, friendly, kind attitude, high service. Chefs in the restaurant give you a delicious enjoyment for your belly at least three times a day! Thanks a lot to all of staff, Sherif, who makes up our room , Islam who makes the best cocktails on the seaside, our Habibi Roukia -the lady boss in the main restaurant and many many others who do their best to make us smile and happy. We tried to remember names of everyone, but it’s impossible, because too many people work for our pleasure in the best place of the world Grand Rotana. The most impressive moments: 1. Everywhere live Christmas flowers 2. Lobsters at the New year dinner and Christmas tree of shrimps 3. Cakes are pieces of art 4. Live music in the lobby 5. Fishes in the sea are also look beautiful and try their best to impress Alexandra and Ivan. 26.12.24-08.01.25 Room 1036. It’s our eighth staying in Rotana…

“Fabulous resort”

A fabulous resort where expectations are met and even exceeded. Staff very kind and extremely helpful!!! A big hug to the animator Thomas of Francorosso who immediately put us at ease with his sympathy!

“Christmas Seasons Greetings to All the Staff at Grand Rotana”

My partner and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at Rotana early Dec '24 and would recommend this hotel. There are two tiny beach areas with direct access to the sea where children could swim and adults could paddle and cool off without the need to enter the deep waters off the three swimming / snorkelling jetties. There was no shortage of sunbeds. The hotel was extremely clean and hand sanitiser was always available at the buffet restaurant entrance. We personally, loved the ' International' feel of this hotel. There were very few British travellers and we really enjoyed meeting lots of other Nationalities. In particular , the staff were excellent . They were a credit to this hotel and really made our stay most enjoyable. As a result, we would like to name the following individuals in the hope that management acknowledge their great service levels: Ramses Buffet: Great selection of food and very clean. Food and Beverage Director: Ahmed. Restaurant Manager and his assistant : Ibrihim and Rouki. ( Who kindly arranged a hot fresh mint and honey drink when I felt poorly one day ) Team Managers: Hussein and Ayman. Head Chef: Mohammad. Waiters: Rashad, Ahmed, Abdul and Abd Quan? Chef: Fatty, who always had a smile at breakfast ' Omelette' duties. Front Desk Host::Mohammad. Dukes Italian Restaurant: Manager: Eskander, ( Who kindly provided my partner with the TV station numbers for the Premier League matches !) Waiter: Ahmed. I loved the pasta dishes! Palms Beach Restaurant, Managers: Ahmed and Emad, . Waiters: Malek , Emad, Hany. ( Our favourite a La Carte. The portion sizes are huge! ) Silk Road: Manager: Ahmed. Again, huge portion sizes! Guest Relations : Inna, who was always quick to respond to emails prior to our arrival and helped us during our stay. Thanks again! Sky Bar : Mohammad Life Guards: Mohammad and Emad ( Based on the small jetty ) Who kindly gave us the confidence to try snorkelling in deep water, despite not being strong swimmers. We really appreciated the free life jackets that the hotel provided. Take your own mask! Gardener: Mohammed ( Look out for the Otto birds with their ' Mohican ' crests ) Finally, we highly recommend a visit to the very busy ' Farsha Mountain Bar '. It really is the most interesting bar . Without spoiling the concept, just take a seat before sunset and wait and see... It's very special!

“A Fantastic Experience”

Our stay at the Grand Rotana Resort was amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly, making us feel at home. Special thanks to Eng. Khaled for his outstanding hospitality – he made our stay even more special. The resort is beautiful, with clean and well-maintained pools perfect for both adults and kids. The food was absolutely delicious-especially the Palms restaurant, with a wide variety of options that impressed us every day. The activities for children were fantastic, keeping them entertained throughout our stay. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and we can’t wait to return!

“V Good”

Hotel facility was very good, snorkeling was amazing there, pool was very big and clean, room was clean, reception guys were awesome, pool bar guy wasn’t that good while dealing with the kids, he was aggressive and rude
