Hello! This was my first time visiting Dubai as an adult. It was my honeymoon, and we were looking for a good hotel with a swimming pool offering a wonderful view and located near a metro station. Therefore, we decided to book this hotel, and we were pleasantly surprised! The service was excellent, as was the cleanliness. I was fortunate to meet Francis, one of the staff members. He is a kind man who performs his work diligently and always spreads good vibes. I also remember Aygun from reception, who kindly guided us on a trip to Abu Dhabi and gave us lots of advice about exploring Dubai. I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect, from the delicious food to the outstanding service. I would especially like to highlight the exceptional work of Karim, the staff member who cleaned our room. He did an outstanding job and ensured everything was spotless and perfectly organized. On top of that, Karim was incredibly polite, respectful, and always greeted us with a warm smile. His dedication and professionalism really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable.
