Our room was clean, huge and beautiful as we expected. Aygun (receptionist) was really nice and she did everything she could to make us feel nice ! Shreya was our waitress almost all the lunch ! She was fast, nice and helpful !

Good location, good view, nice people. We forgot the check out time and front desk helped us to extend one hour for us to packing the luggage and help to store the luggage since we have other meetings later on. excellent location close to the metro, helpful and friendly staff, there is a bit of a problem with the sun loungers by the pool but it did not spoil the overall impression of the hotel, which I definitely recommend. We were very satisfied.

The wait for the elevator was excruciating.We had to walk down the 11th floor almost every morning. There was also a line for breakfast every day, while on vacation I don't want to waste time queuing.The men at the reception were especially friendly.A young woman, who didn't know how to serve properly, spoke Russian, probably Kazakh, and despite questions, the answer was always I don't know. The driver to the beach was friendly and drove very safely.The housekeeper Tunaid was very friendly, cleaned well, and took all our wishes into account. Clean 5 and NPS 10

Perfect downtown hotel, and rediscover Dubai for yourself. Staff very accommodating and child friendly. The whole place is very clean and the food is also super good.
