Massage:

  • Body Microfoliant Scrub: 
    A colloidal Oatmeal and tapioca based powder and enriched with rice
    bran powder, papain and Salicylic acid to gently exfoliate, polish and
    smooth the body.

  • Sea Mud Wrap: 
    A seaweed and mineral based powder enhances detoxification while
    nourishing and smoothing the skin with kelp, papain, caffeine, Lactose
    and soothing aromatic plant extracts.
     
  • Bodylines Signature Relaxation Massage:
    The massage is done applying gentle to medium pressure to the body,
    gently manipulating the tissue to promote relaxation and removing
    stress using Stress relief oil. Relaxation massage is a smooth, gentle
    style of massage designed to improve circulation with range of
    movements, it relieves minor muscle pain, and promote overall
    relaxation. It will relax the mind and body, giving you a break from the
    stress. 

  • Reflexology massage:
    Reflexology focuses on the pressure points of your hands and feet that
    relate to every organ, gland, and systems of the body.

  • Jet Lag Massage:
    This massage starts from the head gently which helps to get rid of the
    stress and mental fatigue. It is followed up by a mild massage of the
    eyes, which will help to remove the drowsiness and this is followed up
    by whole body massage, to completely rejuvenate you.  The legs and
    feet are given special attention during the massage.

  • Swedish massage:
    Swedish massage uses five styles of long, flowing strokes to massage.
    The five basic strokes are effleurage (sliding or gliding), petrissage
    (kneading, skin rolling etc), tapotement (rhythmic tapping), friction and
    vibration/shaking. Swedish massage has shown to be helpful in
    reducing pain, joint stiffness. It has also been shown to be helpful in
    individuals with poor circulation.
